Staff training afternoons usually occur once a month and the surgery will be closed during this time. We are closed on public holidays. A list of upcoming public holidays can be found at www.gov.uk/bank-holidays.

Out of hours

Walk-in centres and minor injuries	Visit the Wirral Community NHS Foundation Trust website for further information. Pre-bookable attendance slots can be booked via the NHS 111 service by calling 111 from any phone.
GP out of hours	The GP out of hours service is accessed via the NHS 111 service. Please call 111 from any phone for advice when we are closed or visit the NHS 111 website.
Emergencies	You should always call 999 in an emergency situation, even if we are open. Medical emergencies can include loss of consciousness, an acute confused state, fits that are not stopping, chest pain, breathing difficulties, severe bleeding that cannot be stopped, severe allergic reactions, and severe burns or scalds.

Our building is accessible by wheelchair and all parts of the building you may need to access are located on the ground floor, including disabled toilets. If you require any assistance during your time at the surgery then we are always happy and willing to assist you.

There is dedicated parking available at the side of the building.
